1This is a base rental charge that includes the professional services of our Technician/Projectionist and House Manager, projection of in-house formats (35mm Composite Print, Betacam SP, Blu-ray, DVD), and use of Screening Room only (Reception Space not included).
2Includes use of Reception Space for food & beverage gathering before and/or after main event in Screening Room (food & beverage not included), Pantry, V.I.P. Green Room, Bar, and services of an additional House Manager.
3Includes early access to the Theater for a Technical Run-Through/Sound Check/Rehearsal with Theater Staff.
4Includes use of up to 8 wireless handheld microphones and bodypack transmitters. Audio recording on CD available upon request.
5Includes the professional services of an additional Projectionist up to 5 hours.
6The Writers Guild Theater contains over six levels of covered parking in the adjacent structure north of the building and south of Wilshire Boulevard on the west side of Doheny Drive. The non-prepaid rate is $5 after 5pm on weeknights and all-day on Saturday and Sunday.
