Join an upcoming seminar to learn how writers and others in the industry can apply for the Hollywood Arts Collective.

(1/20/2023)

The Entertainment Community Fund, in partnership with Thomas Safran & Associates, is excited to spread the word about new affordable housing for the arts and entertainment community at The Hollywood Arts Collective.

The Hollywood Arts Collective is comprised of 152 income and rent-restricted units including studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. The property has accessible units for people with disabilities. All units will have a full kitchen (range/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator) and a tub/shower combination in the bathroom. Each unit will have air conditioning, a balcony, and wood vinyl plank flooring. On-site amenities include a rehearsal studio, community room, fitness room, laundry facilities, and lush landscaping.

This project will serve low-income households and gives preference to artists in the industry, including writers. Through a lottery, you can apply for apartments that are affordable for households at a range of income levels. The Entertainment Community Fund will offer a series of informative seminars on application requirements so you can learn more about the lottery process, income limits and rents, and the artist preference criteria.
