Writers Guild of America West announces the results of its 2024 Board of Directors Election and referendum on the Board of Directors’ appointment of Executive Director Ellen Stutzman.

Los Angeles – Writers Guild of America West announces the results of its 2024 Board of Directors Election and referendum on the Board of Directors’ appointment of Executive Director Ellen Stutzman.  

The following eight members were elected to the WGAW’s Board of Directors for two-year terms, effective immediately: Melinda Hsu, Raphael Bob-Waksberg (inc.), Deric A. Hughes (inc.), Justin Halpern (inc.), Chris Hazzard, Travis Donnelly (inc.), Danny Tolli, and John Rogers (inc.). The membership also ratified the Board of Directors’ appointment of Ellen Stutzman as WGAW Executive Director.

A total of 2,408 valid ballots were cast. The ballot count was supervised by Votenet Solutions.
